Sailor Starfrenzy
Chikara/April

Chikara is aggressive but not a violent person, she likes to have the upper hand and kick some butt but doesn't like to jump into action RIGHT away; mind you she doesn't have to be told and often provokes people but she has to have a reason first. Chikara also happens to be Haruka's cousin which may explain why Chikara's mannerisms are a lot like Haruka. Chikara is 21 and a University student where she studies Dramatic theatre, she is also care-free and loves to have a good time but can be responsible when the time is right. She likes to give everyone a chance but also believes that sometimes there are just feelings about people that make it good enough to stay away. The most treasured thing in her life is her friends, but she also makes time for the odd boyfriend. She is a flirt but not so out rightly like Minako is. She gets into relationships with guys that are often very deep but is looking for THE one and believes deeply in Soul Mates. Chikara loves to reflect on things and often finds herself in a state of deep thinking. But mostly Chikara just loves to observe-people, plants, animals, anything without even thinking, this is were she feels most relaxed. Chikara's powers come from her utter love for a good rainstorm. Chikara can often be found dancing in the rain and loves to listen for great clashes of thunder, because of this Chikara's powers come from the power of a storm. She can call upon lightning and thunder and sheets of beating rain. Her attacks involve this but her visible weapon is her Star Spade, which comes forth when she raises her hand to gathering clouds and lightning comes down morphing into the Star Spade, she also puts it away in the opposite manner. Chikara's out of scout power comes from her love of plants and flowers but her favorite types are cacti. She has the power to heal plants and help them grow, but doesn't really have a garden of her own just a well-vegetated backyard.

Chikara's relationships with the Crystal Stars:
Starfyre: Chikara and Sayoko get along well and love to talk. Chikara jokes to her about her being the almighty leader but also gives respect. Chikara almost looks up to Sayoko in matters of love because of her prince and although they are the same age feels she is more of an older sister.
Starfury: Chikara and Sakusha often relate to each other on many matters and Chikara is always trying to bring Sakusha out of her melancholy ways, she wonders why she dwells so much in the past but touches softly on the subject because of her cousins relationship with Michiru, ( to understand that statement more visit Sailor Starfyre's site and read the fanfic)despite that they share many emotions. Chikara does not agree with Sakusha's blood lust but joins her in any fight.
StarFaith: Chikara and Rikuisu get along well despite the fact that Rikuisu is always giving Chikara concerned looks about her care-free ways. Chikara has great respect for how set in her ways Rikuisu can be.
Starflare: Chikara and Karasu are the closest. They often find themselves competing against each other but all in good faith, they compliment each other. They share the deepest bond in the group and are usually found together.

As for the Sol Senshi...
Chikara finds Usagi annoying but respects her position, Ami brilliant but withheld in her fighting, Rei brave but often full of herself, Makoto strong but withheld in her emotions, Chikara finds Minako too flirty but loyal to her friends. She views Michiru as compassionate, Haruka as someone to mold after but almost reckless, Hotaru strong but young, and Setsuna extremely wise.

Chikara is based from three senshi:
-Haruka's mannerism and love for a good fight and competition.
-Michiru's charm and love of the arts and sea.
-Usagi's instinct (well somewhat) to take charge when appropriate.
